Every ophthalmologist with interest in glaucoma is welcome to attend the meeting.

All attendees must register and receive a conference badge in order to participate in conference activities. Please read through the registration instructions carefully before registering.

Registration Fees and Payment Deadlines 

The registration fee is based on the date of registration and payment. If you want to benefit from the lower fee, please, register early and pay by the deadline.

Registration fees are VAT 0%, no VAT will be added. 

Please note that costs for travel and insurances are not included in the registration fees.

  • Access to scientific sessions and exhibition 
  • Coffee breaks and lunches 

Congress Dinner 

You may purchase at the time of registration a congress dinner ticket for the fee of EUR 50 /person for registered congress participants and EUR 110 /person for accompanying persons and exhibitor representatives, advance registration required. 

Payment and confirmation 

Full payment of the registration fee is to be made prior to the congress in euros (EUR). When registering online, you will receive instant confirmation of successful registration to your email. Please note that invoicing will end two weeks prior to the event. 

Payment options 

At the end of the registration form, you will be given three alternatives for payment: 

  1. Credit card: Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
  2. Pdf-Invoice as an e-mail attachment. You will receive an invoice to your e-mail. This will have your reference number and the bank details for payment. 
  3. E-Invoice for Finnish organizations only. E-invoice fee is EUR 15. 


  • All payments should be made free of banking charge
  • Bank drafts as well as personal, traveller’s or company cheques cannot be accepted

Cancellation and refund policy 

All cancellations and changes must be made in writing (email) to Congress Office Tavicon, 

An unpaid registration is NOT a cancellation and cancellation fees will also apply to any unpaid registrations. 

If a cancellation for registration is received by January 31, 2023, the registration fee will be refunded. Between February 1 and March 15, 2023 cancellation fee of 50% will be charged. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after March 16, 2023. 

Please note that no-show does not constitute cancellation. In case of no-show, the registration fee will not be refunded. Please note also, that the fees are payable even if you cannot make the congress. The registration can be transferred to another person from the same organisation.
